Introduction
Training & Placement Cell of Universal Engineering College highlights excellent placements ever since its inception. The team employ all modern methodologies to deliver talent that satisfies the requirements of the most demanding national and international recruiters. As a part of social commitment and cooperate responsibility to the student community the cell takes various initiatives to conduct placement drives. Its proud that the Universal alumni are associated with more than 40 companies spread across the globe. Our placement policy aims at placing students with quality recruiters where they will be able to build a successful career. We do not entertain sub-standard recruiters for inflating the placement statistics.
The year 2021 had been a memorable year for Universal as far as campus placements are concerned. We could place nearly 100 students in various globally reputed companies during this year with higher salary packages. The highest package offered in the year was Rs.7 lakhs from TCS.

1. Training and Placement Cell of Universal Engineering College has conducted personal development programmes, aptitude trainings, mock interview sessions in association with Jay’s Academy to provide training and auxiliary services for our students
2. Training and Placement Cell of Universal Engineering College has conducted Reflections 2021 – Leaving no stones unturned, which focused on online mock interviews for final year students of all branches. The main aim was to provide opportunities for real world exposure to students and thereby making them ready for industry. The session was inaugurated by Mr. V. K. Shamsudheen (Chairman UEC) and the training session was handled by Mr. Jayesh J. L, Chief Mentor of Jay’s Academy on 10th May, 2021 at 4.00pm. The session was conducted in ZOOM platform. The session gave more importance on how to prepare effective resume for interviews.
3. Training and Placement Cell of Universal Engineering College conducted a Webinar on "Career Opportunities in Emerging Sectors & Industry 4.0”, on 19th March 2022 at 1.00 pm. Dr Biplab Kumar Biswal, Director, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS) handled the session.
4. Universal Engineering College conducted a Webinar on "An Awakening Session for Budding Engineers” on 15 October 2021 at 11.00 am. Mr. Jayesh J L handled the session.
