Incubation Centre

The first company incubated at Universal Engineering College was Lares AI (https://lares.ai) during the period 2018 by 4 students of computer science engineering (Mohammed Zakeer, Mohammed Fayaz, Manukrishna, Pavin Krishna). They had incorporated their company on 2020 and left our incubation facility and opened a new office at Spacelance, No. 6/858- M, 2nd Floor, Suite #426 Valamkotti Towers, Judgemukku Thrikkakkara P.O, Kakkanad Ernakulam 682021. Lares AI is an artificial intelligence based solution provider. They had developed an Artificial intelligence based surveillance system that analysis the images or videos recorded by the surveillance cameras and helps to recognise peoples, vehicles or objects.
During this period there was no officially inaugurated incubation centre. College had provided a space and internet facility for the team Lares AI to incubate and scale up their business. At the same time discussions were going on to start an incubation centre to occupy more number of students and their companies but there were initially a delay. After getting the approval from the management, space was also identified for the incubation centre, but it was further delayed by COVID-19. At last on June 8th 2020, incubation centre of Universal Engineering College was inaugurated by Mr. Santhosh Kurup, CEO of ICT Academy, Kerala.

1. Skillgenics

Skillgenics (https://www.skillgenics.com/index.php) was a company founded by the staffs of universal engineering college. Skillgenics provides affordable and reasoanble packages for Web Development, ERP Solutions, and Mobile App Development. They also have a diverse range of packages for boosting the business through Digital Marketing. Skillgenics was also inaugurated along with the inauguration of the incubation centre. Thus Skillgenics became the first company incubated at the officially inaugurated space of Universal Engineering College.

1. Skillgenics

Computer science students of 2018-22 batch, Mr. Akhil and Mr. Jaefar were the founding members of the firm. The company offers IT based solutions on Software development, Web development, Artificial Intelligence based solutions, digital Marketing and student project support. They had availed the incubation facility during the year 2021.
