Alumni Association

The Alumni association of Universal Engineering College was formed on 26th January 2019, in the presence of Dr.Jose K Jacob(Principal, Universal Engineering College), Mr.Renoj Abdul Kader (Chief Administrative Officer), Dr.Vince Paul (Academic Director), Mr.Saswath K S(Staff Coordinator), all the HOD’s and many of the former students of the college.

The welcome speech of the occasion was given by Mr Saswath K S. The Principal Dr.Jose K Jacob delivered the Presidential address. Mr Renoj Abdul Kader, Dr.Vince Paul and all the department heads delivered the felicitation speech. Many other faculties were present in the occasion. Some of the alumni shared their memories and experiences in and after their college life. During the meeting, ad hoc committee was formed by electing nine members from different branches

Constant placement support and mentoring for helping the alumni to achieve greater heights
Organising alumni meets and interactions to know the growing challenges in the industries and to offer supports to them as well as to equip the students to face them
Impart entrepreneurial attitude among the alumni

Aims And Objectives Of Alumni

To strengthen relationship between alumni and the institution
To provide an awareness regarding the activities of various industries to the current students of the college
To inform the alumni about the growth and development of the college
To promote social and cultural activities of former and current students of UEC
To raise and administer funds for the development of the society as well as the alma mater
To work as a catalyst to the passed out students for finding out job opportunities as per their qualification with the help of placement cell
