Inauguration of FOSS club under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering

We are delighted to inform you that a FOSS club has been formed, under the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, to promote the usage and awareness of Free and Open-Source Software among faculties and students. The club will be formally inaugurated via online mode by our respected Principal Dr. Jose K. Jacob on 3rd May 2021 at 10.00 AM . The Chief Guest for the occasion is Dr. Anthoniraj A (Director at Software Development Cell, Associate Professor, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)). In connection with the inaugural session, the chief guest will be handling an online technical session from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. You’re cordially invited to the inaugural ceremony.
