Srishti

SRISHTI is a tech club formed by civil engineering department. The mission of this club is to develop technical skills among students through technical talks, quizzes, discussions, expertise talks, and this is will be a platform for upcoming engineers to show up their skills.It was officially inaugurated 2021.Now the club has 175 active members.

Inauguration Ceremony

SRISHTI was officially inaugurated on 16/04/2021 by Our Chairman V.K.Shamsudeen.The logo and the name of the technical club was revealed by Er. Shameer Bhava (LENSFED Vice President Kodungallur). The stage was honoured by the presence of various dignitaries.

A webinar on importance of Bim and its future: It was organised by SRISHTI TECH
CLUB, Department of civil engineering and CORE institute of Technology,Thrissur, for finalyear students on 24/04/2021.Around 50 students participated in this program.The platform wasZoom.The section was very interactive and participants was awarded with certificates.

Industry Orientation And Career Guidance

Department of Civil Engineering, Universal Engineering College under Srishti Techical club conducted a webinar on the topic “Industry orientation and carrier guidance” on 12th May 2021 via google meet in association with Armstech, 55 to 69 civil engineering students actively participated in the webinar. National Council for Technology and Training (NACTET) is an autonomous organization registered under Government of Kerala and recognized by Government of India, New Delhi. Their major objective is to develop a technically trained batch for absorption into the industries in India and abroad. Those who satisfactorily complete the training requirements of this scheme will also be eligible for a coveted NACTET Certificate along with placement assistance. As the session ends, subsequently an exam was conducted by NACTET on 12-05-2021. About 50-55 students successfully attended the exam and result will be published within 5 days.

Inaugural function of Srishti Technical session

It was conducted on 17-05-2021 at 10:00 A.M via Google meet, addressed by Mrs. Bindumol V.G., HOD of Civil department, UEC. All civil faculties and students together made the function alive till the end. First programme was technical talk, conducted by Ms. Rohini Sibi, (Assistant Professor, Dept of CE, UEC) on the topic “Box Pushing Technique” and subsequently followed by the technical quiz , conducted by Mr. Krishnaprasad M. (Assistant Professor, Dept of CE, UEC) and the session was conducted with 60 -65 contestants out of which Sreenath T .V., Mohammed Shafi (shared between) ,Nasla Jalal , Riswana K .R. were tagged first, second and third position respectively. Overall co-ordinator of the event was Ms. Krishna M.M. (Assistant Professor, Dept of CE, UEC.)

Civil Softwares

A technical talk on civil software was organised by SRISHTI TECH CLUB, Department of civil engineering and CADD CENTRE,Thrissur, for final year students on 30/10/2021.Around 30 students participated in this program.The platform of program was Google meet. The section was informative.

KPBR Rules

Technical talk was organised by Srishti, Department of Civil Engineering. The session was conducted on 16 march 2022.The technical talk was officially inaugurated by Mrs. Bindumol V G (HOD, Civil Engineering Department) in the presence of Mr. Krishnaprasad (AP, Department of Civil Engineering). The technical talk was conducted by Midesh, Abhiram Anilkumar, Haya P M, Krishnapriya, students of Civil Engineering Department. Topic they discussed about KPBR & IS CODES.
