Policies
IQAC of Universal Engineering College thrives for the quality sustenance and lead a catalytic role for the development of the institution towards excellence. IQAC ensures and improves the quality through its continuous monitoring of all the internal and external activities of the institution.
The monitoring mechanism of IQAC emphasises on:
- Quality assurance policy: IQAC ensures that the quality policy set by the institution for the staff and students is fulfilled.
- Monitoring and reviewing of all programs and achievements periodically: IQAC provide suggestions for conducting/attending programs that leads to improvement of quality education and sustenance. Proper monitoring and timely intervention (if needed) in all the programs, ensuring whether its objectives are met or not.
- Student assessment and monitoring: Students are assessed based on the guidelines of the University. Mechanisms for the internal assessment is decided by IQAC and timely modifications are made so as to esure the quality and transparency in the evaluation process.
- Motivating the faculty for their quality enhancement: Timely suggestions and measures are taken by IQAC to motivate and assist the faculty in improving their technical skills as well as to use modern tools in teaching-learning process.
- Learning resources for students: IQAC ensures that adequate and appropriate resources are available in the institution for each program.
- Timely feedback mechanism from the stakeholders: Collection and analysis of feedback from the stakeholders with regard to the quality of all the institutional initiatives.
